World Youth Parliament (WYP) Philippines is conducting   workshops in Manila Boys Home Center every two months. Manila Boys Home Center is a juvenile detention center located in Marikina City, Philippines. The boys that are being held in this institution are usually the street children that policemen have picked up on the streets of Manila. The
